This resort has been open for about 5 years and is set in one the most wonderful mature gardens on Koh Tao, with little hideaway viewing & eating areas around the restaurant. There are flowers and orchids in all of the eating areas and all of them having great views of Tanote bay. The bungalows are on the other side of the road and are set in gardens overlooking the restaurant and Tanote bay. If you love flowers and orchids then you are going to love this place, Yula, the owner has literally thousands of different flowers and orchids giving off loads of different scents and smells. If you’re up early enough (6.30am) the restaurant is a great place to watch the sunset over Tanote Bay and lighting the mountains up with different colours. Yula speaks great English and also perfect German having lived in Switzerland for 7 years, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet with a bit of jungle life then this is the place for you.
