Carabao Dive Resort is locates directly on the most beautiful beach of Chalok Baan Kao to the southern part of Koh Tao. They are small well run resort offering both accommodation and diving, you don't have to dive here to stay at this resort. The rooms are very well kept, clean and well decorated, all rooms come with a double bed and a single bed and are available with Fan or air-con and come with Cable TV and hot shower.

The resort has a large restaurant offering very tasty food, they have traditional Thai food on offer, and a good selection of western food as well. The beach-side bar has a fridge full of local and some imported beers and they can also mix a mean cocktail as well. They have a variety of different sounds coming out of the sound system, from chillin' beats at sunset time, to some oldies from through out the past decades to fill your ears.

Besides being a resort, they are also a dive school offer a variety of different dive courses from both the PADI and SSI organizations. They do all their training small groups so you get to spend more time with your instructor and diving.

At the end of the day and your ready to wind down, then relax by their beach side bar with the drink of your choice, or if you still have a little energy, why not try some beach volleyball, every night next to the beach bar from 5pm onwards, great fun. They also have weekly volleyball competitions between all the different dive companies and resorts on Chalok Baan Kao.
